User Agreement

This User Agreement describes the terms that apply when you access or use OrlandoBiz.org, submit business information, request a listing, communicate with OrlandoBiz.org, or participate in any OrlandoBiz.org related business opportunity, member feature, listing opportunity, or pre launch program.

OrlandoBiz.org is a locally owned organization created to support Central Florida businesses through visibility, insight, resources, and community. OrlandoBiz.com is the public platform owned and operated by OrlandoBiz.org and is being developed for local news, events, reviews, job listings, business information, and other community related content.

1. Purpose of OrlandoBiz.org

OrlandoBiz.org is intended to serve as the business access side of the OrlandoBiz platform. Businesses may use OrlandoBiz.org to submit information, request a listing, learn about possible membership opportunities, and receive information about future visibility, marketing, resource, referral, discount, and business insight opportunities.

OrlandoBiz.org is still being developed. Features, services, member benefits, pricing, availability, listing placement, categories, and public display options may change before or after launch.

2. No Automatic Acceptance or Guaranteed Listing

Submitting information through OrlandoBiz.org does not guarantee acceptance, approval, membership, publication, listing placement, verification, featured status, ranking, or display on OrlandoBiz.com. OrlandoBiz.org may review, approve, reject, edit, hold, remove, or decline any submission or listing request at its discretion.

OrlandoBiz.org may also request additional information before approving or publishing a business profile, member listing, promotional feature, spotlight, job posting, or other content.

3. Business Information You Submit

You agree that any information you submit to OrlandoBiz.org is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business category, business description, photos, logos, service information, hours, location details, job postings, promotional content, and any other information you provide.

You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit all information, images, names, logos, trademarks, descriptions, and other materials provided to OrlandoBiz.org.

4. Permission to Use Submitted Content

By submitting business information, content, images, logos, or related materials, you grant OrlandoBiz.org and OrlandoBiz.com permission to use, display, reproduce, edit, format, publish, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the OrlandoBiz platform, business listings, marketing materials, social media, email communications, search features, directory pages, spotlight features, promotional placements, and related services.

You retain ownership of your own business content, but you give OrlandoBiz.org the right to use it for purposes related to the platform and related promotion.

5. Membership, Benefits, and Future Services

OrlandoBiz.org may offer business memberships, listing packages, promotional opportunities, marketing exposure, educational content, referral opportunities, business insights, member discounts, service provider discounts, job posting access, featured placement, spotlight opportunities, and other resources.

Any such benefits are subject to availability, approval, future platform development, and any additional terms that may apply. OrlandoBiz.org does not guarantee that any specific benefit, discount, referral, resource, marketing result, lead volume, customer inquiry, search placement, traffic level, or business outcome will occur.

6. No Professional Advice

Information provided through OrlandoBiz.org or OrlandoBiz.com may include business insights, marketing ideas, operational information, contract related discussions, growth strategies, service provider information, and other business related resources. Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, investment, or other professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that affect your business, contracts, finances, employees, taxes, insurance, legal rights, or operations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use OrlandoBiz.org or OrlandoBiz.com for any unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or improper purpose. You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload harmful code, misuse forms, scrape data, spam users, or submit content that violates the rights of others.

8. Payments and Pricing

If OrlandoBiz.org offers paid memberships, listing packages, promotional services, advertising, featured placement, job postings, or other paid opportunities, all pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and included benefits will be provided separately or through an updated agreement, order form, invoice, checkout page, or related terms.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting a pre launch form or requesting information does not create a payment obligation.

9. Third Party Providers and Discounts

OrlandoBiz.org may provide access to third party service providers, referral opportunities, discounts, offers, vendors, professionals, advertisers, or business resources. OrlandoBiz.org does not control third party providers and is not responsible for their services, pricing, claims, performance, advice, contracts, availability, or results.

Any transaction or relationship between you and a third party provider is between you and that provider, unless OrlandoBiz.org separately agrees in writing.

10. Platform Changes and Availability

OrlandoBiz.org and OrlandoBiz.com may be modified, updated, paused, expanded, limited, discontinued, redesigned, or changed at any time. OrlandoBiz.org does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error free operation, specific features, specific launch dates, or continued access to any particular service, page, listing, category, placement, or benefit.

11. Intellectual Property

The OrlandoBiz.org and OrlandoBiz.com names, branding, design, layout, content, graphics, text, platform structure, and related materials are owned by or licensed to OrlandoBiz.org, except for content submitted by users or third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use OrlandoBiz.org or OrlandoBiz.com materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OrlandoBiz.org and OrlandoBiz.com are provided on an as available and as developed basis. OrlandoBiz.org makes no warranty that the platform will meet your expectations, produce any specific business result, generate leads, increase revenue, improve rankings, create customer inquiries, or remain available without interruption.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrlandoBiz.org, its owners, managers, affiliates, service providers, contractors, representatives, and related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost profit damages arising out of or related to your use of OrlandoBiz.org, OrlandoBiz.com, business listings, member resources, third party providers, platform availability, or submitted content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OrlandoBiz.org, its owners, managers, affiliates, service providers, contractors, representatives, and related parties from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted content, your business information, your use of the platform, your violation of this User Agreement, your violation of law, or your violation of another party's rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of OrlandoBiz.org is also governed by the OrlandoBiz.org Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how OrlandoBiz.org may collect, use, store, and share information submitted through the site or related communications.

16. Changes to This Agreement

OrlandoBiz.org may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updates may be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of OrlandoBiz.org after an update means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
